Description:

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project from inception to completion, Finishings, Experience in Project Management is essential

Planning and scheduling the project, including creating timelines, setting deadlines, and assigning tasks to various team members

Ensuring adherence to budget constraints and monitoring project expense

Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow

Procuring necessary materials, equipment, and resources for the project

Hiring and managing construction workers and other staff as required

Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality,and compliance with safety regulations

Description:

  • Should own the monthly / Quarterly / Half-yearly / Yearly sales Targets and should achieve the SALES TARGETS MONTH ON MONTH CONSITENTLY.
  • Should possess good understanding of the companys products and services and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

  • Must possess Excellent communication skills and People management Skills.
  • Candidate should be aggressive in Sales, should be “SALES TARGET ORIENTED”, and should have achieved sales targets consistently in current /past assignments, for himself and his team.
  • Must have good experience in Residential sales of apartments, villas, plots with good developer.
  • Must be well versed in MS Office Suites and CRM software.

Reports to Role: CFO

Description:

Work on Various sub module of SAP FICO such as G/L, AP, AR, AA, Banking & Controlling.

Work on different SAP environment such as ECC and S4 HANA.

Write Configuration Document, Function Specification Documents, etc.

Perform Configuration steps, Unit Testing, UAT support and Hyper care support.

Actively engage with other team members to share product and domain knowledge.

Work with cross functional teams to review and resolve dependencies.

Should have strong knowledge in New G/L, Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, Asset Accounting, Banking, Profit centre accounting, Cost Center accounting, Profitability Analysis and Product Costing.

Should have good understanding of SAP Procure to Pay, Order to Cash Process with integration with Financial accounting.

Should have worked on Implementation, Support, and Rollout Projects.

Should have ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution.

Experience in S4 HANA is added advantage.

Good oral, verbal & written communication skills.
