Section 01

Cancellation by the Allottee

In the event that the Allottee/Purchaser cancels the booking of the Unit/Apartment, and/or in the event of cancellation or termination of the Agreement in respect of the Unit agreed to be purchased by the Allottee, Janapriya Upscale (“the Promoter”) shall be entitled to forfeit the amount paid by the Allottee, in accordance with the terms of the Allotment Letter and/or the Agreement, as applicable.

The forfeiture amount and applicable slab are governed by the specific clauses set out in the Allotment Letter or the Agreement for Sale executed for the Unit. Allottees are advised to refer to their signed documentation for exact figures.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Promoter or its authorised representative.
  • Forfeiture calculations will be governed strictly by the terms of the Allotment Letter and/or Agreement for Sale applicable to the Unit.
  • This policy is subject to the specific terms of the project under which the Unit was booked and does not override any clause in the executed Agreement.
